❤ Thank you for visiting! Our current production time is 1-2 business days *BEFORE* shipping. All pieces are HANDMADE TO ORDER. Please note that Saturdays and Sundays or holidays are not considered business days when you calculate the estimated ship date.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
Shipping time is in addition to the production time (currently 1-2 business days *BEFORE* shipping) for each piece. Please make sure to double check the shipping address to make sure it is correct after you place your order.
❤ Within the US, most packages shipped with standard USPS first mail class get delivered in 3 to 7 days. However, the time frame is not guaranteed by USPS and packages could get delayed especially during the busy holiday season.
❤ Orders shipped with the "Priority Shipping" usually get delivered in 2-3 business days (Sundays not included), but please note that USPS does not guarantee the delivery within this time frame and packages could get delayed especially during the busy holiday season.
★ We ship Monday-Friday, and you will be notified via email once your order has shipped.
RETURN POLICY:
Please review the item description and product pictures carefully before placing an order to make sure the finished product will meet your expectations. If something is unclear in the item description and you would like more information please contact us prior to ordering.
★ If we made a mistake on the order or you received a defective piece we will gladly fix it at no charge to you.
★ Personalized hand stamped initial and name jewelry pieces are NOT eligible for a refund as they are hand stamped to order.
★ Infinity bracelets custom made to size are NOT eligible for a refund. Bracelets that need to be reworked to a different size will incur a rework fee of $10.
★ Multiple item orders are NOT eligible for a refund.
★ All returns will incur a 15% restocking fee for materials that cannot be reused. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
★The items in our shop are not intended for small children under 6 years old as they may be a potential choking hazard. Never leave a child unsupervised while wearing a jewelry product. Do not allow children to chew on jewelry pieces or put them in their mouths.★
